Dual Pricing & Payment Policy

To provide transparency and keep our pricing fair for all clients, Tim Hilbourn Photography offers dual pricing based on the payment method selected.

Payment Options

We offer two ways to pay for sessions, products, and services:

Cash Price – A discounted rate available when payment is made in cash

Card Price – Reflects standard pricing and includes card processing fees

Pricing Structure

Cash payments receive a 3% courtesy discount

Card payments (credit or debit) include a 3% processing fee

Both prices may be displayed or disclosed prior to payment

How It Appears

Pricing may be shown in one of the following ways:

Separate Cash Price and Card Price

A base price with a 3% card processing fee added at checkout

A clearly stated cash discount applied at time of payment

Eligible Payments

Cash pricing applies only to payments made in full with cash

Card pricing applies to all credit and debit card transactions

Payment method must be selected before finalizing the transaction

Deposits & Retainers

Retainers or deposits paid by card are subject to the card price

Remaining balances paid in cash may qualify for the cash price on that portion only

Transparency & Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with applicable state and federal regulations and to clearly disclose all pricing differences before payment is accepted.
