Tim Hilbourn Photography
1. Booking & Session Fee
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your session date and time. This fee covers the photographer’s time, talent, and preparation and does not include prints or digital images unless otherwise stated.
Sessions are confirmed only after the session fee is paid and a consultation has been completed.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours’ notice. One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules may require a new session fee.
In the event of inclement weather (for outdoor sessions), Tim Hilbourn Photography will work with you to select a new date.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
4. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed during your ordering appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering
We accept major payment methods
Orders cannot be processed until paid in full
5. Product Delivery
Production times vary depending on the product ordered. Typical turnaround times:
Prints: 2–3 weeks
Wall Art: 3–5 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photographic artwork, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once an order has been placed.
7. Image Selection & Archiving
All purchased images will be archived for a limited time. Unpurchased images are not guaranteed to be stored beyond 30 days after your ordering appointment.
We recommend completing your order promptly.
8. Copyright & Usage
All images are the property of Tim Hilbourn Photography and are protected by copyright laws.
Clients may not copy, scan, screenshot, or reproduce images without permission
Purchased digital images include a personal use license only
Commercial use requires written consent
9. Model Release
By booking a session, clients grant Tim Hilbourn Photography permission to use images for:
Portfolio display
Studio samples
Website and social media
Marketing and advertising
Clients may request in writing to opt out of this release.
10. Artistic Style
Clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographer’s style and portfolio. Editing and artistic decisions are made at the photographer’s discretion.
11. Liability
While every effort is made to provide outstanding service, Tim Hilbourn Photography is not liable for:
Unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, equipment failure)
Loss or damage beyond control
In the unlikely event of total failure, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
12. Safety & Cooperation
The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects, including children or pets. Client cooperation is essential for successful results.
13. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated
Expiration dates apply and must be honored
14. Agreement
By booking a session with Tim Hilbourn Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Condition
